financial
• Concept development and master plans
• Concluding of agreements
• Overseeing of development implementation
• Post-commissioning: Property Management
in the form of leasing etc.
• Land and Improvement Asset Register
• Property Management and Accounting
• Asset management
It involves interrelated processes and activities including strategic planning and implementation, funding strategies, accounting functions, managing transactions, risk management, benchmarking and performance measurement and reporting. |
