Remo Moyo
Remo rejoined Nedbank in 2007. He is currently the Head of Public sector and BEE.
Remo has over 10 years of relationship management experience within the Public sector.
Prior to Heading the Public sector team in Nedbank, Remo was the Head of a team
of senior corporate bankers who look after SA's Top 50 Corporate Organisations.
His portfolio of clients among others included Anglo American, Tiger Brands and
MTN.
He also previously worked as an Investment banker for Citibank and Barclays Capital
where he served as Resident Vice President and Director respectively servicing mainly
the Public sector.
Some of the landmark deals Remo worked on involved the debut bond issue by the City
of Johannesburg, RSA Sovereign 2003 International bond worth US$ 1,0 billion, the
acquisition of Columbus by Acerinox and the setting up funding for Cell C.
