Jesmane Boggenpoel
Jesmane owns Harvest, an advisory company. She has experience in corporate finance
and private equity acquired with KPMG, Anglo American and Brait. She is a shareholder
and director of African Women Chartered Accountants Investment Holdings and Atos,
its investee company. Jesmane is also a non-executive director of Senwes and Land
Bank. She is the chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Department of Environmental
Affairs. Jesmane is a Chartered Accounted (SA) and holds Bachelors in Commerce and
Bachelors in Accountancy degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
